We collect the information you give us through our enquiry, contact, and Business Readiness Audit forms: your name, business name, role, email address, phone number where you provide it, and the details you share about your business. During an engagement we may access business data you give us so we can deliver the work.
We use your information to respond to enquiries, prepare and deliver proposals and engagements, issue invoices, and keep proper records. We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate (for example our website host and form provider) or where required by law.
We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss, and unauthorised access. Where practical, client data handled during engagements is kept on Australian-hosted infrastructure, and sensitive fields are restricted or masked before any processing.
Our website may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand how pages are used. That data is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally.
