These terms set out the basis on which Emendo Solutions provides consulting services. The specific scope, deliverables, and fees for each engagement are confirmed in writing before work begins.
Most work begins with the Business Readiness Audit, a fixed-price engagement of $1,990 inc GST with a written deliverable. The Audit fee is credited in full toward any engagement you commission within 90 days of receiving the report. Project work is quoted fixed-price after the Audit unless otherwise agreed.
Prices other than the Audit are quoted excluding GST and shown as "+ GST". Invoices are payable within the terms stated on the invoice. A fixed-price quote covers the scope described in it; any change to scope is quoted separately before that additional work proceeds.
You keep ownership of the data and materials you provide. On full payment you own the deliverables we create for you, other than any pre-existing tools, templates, or third-party components, which we license to you for use within those deliverables. We keep your confidential information confidential, and expect the same in return.
We deliver work to a professional standard, but outcomes depend on factors beyond our control, so we do not guarantee specific financial results. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
